a. Go to ‘Profile’ on the top right of homepage.

b. Click ‘Payment History’.

c. Click ‘Details’ to know more about every payment.

Declined Payments

There are 8 causes of declined payment, including:

  1. Generic decline
  2. Insufficient funds decline
  3. Lost card decline
  4. Stolen card decline
  5. Expired card decline
  6. Incorrect CVC decline
  7. Processing error decline
  8. Incorrect number decline

Add card data correctly or follow the instructions for solution.
